True Faithful churches will suffer and be persecuted.
Churches that remain faithful to Scripture are going to suffer in this life, but there is nothing to fear. Paul says in, 2 Timothy 1:7, “God has given us a spirit not of fear, but of power and love and self-control.” Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith has set the example for us. Hebrews 12:2, says, it was for the joy that was set before Him, that He endured the cross, despising the shame, and He is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Our forerunner was despised, rejected, crucified, and arose from the dead. If that was His life and ministry, we should chart our life in the same way and not fear because, Jesus says in John 16:33, In this world you will have trouble, but take heart I have overcome the world.
