The Mission of God’s Messiah

What do you know about the ministry of Jesus?  Do you know Jesus’ purpose for His ministry throughout Galilee. It is important to learn about Jesus’s ministry, because this is where we learn about His character, His divine attributes, the proof of who He is, and ultimately, we will know His purpose for coming to earth. Travis says, that God gives us the Gospel of John to fill in the early years of Jesus ministry. These years of His ministry allow us to understand the expectations that Jesus faced when he walked into the synagogue in Nazareth.

Travis culminates his teaching on Jesus’ ministry with Luke chapter 4, where Luke writes about Jesus’ return to His hometown of Nazareth. Nazareth is where Jesus reveals who He is and why He has come.
