Does your life demonstrate the profession you make for your love for God?
Ask yourself, as I continue maintaining my profession of love for Christ above all else, does my life demonstrate that? Why do I live the way I live? Why do I do the things I do? What do I practice in my life by rote, because of learned tradition or habit? How concerned am I with what other people think about me? Am I a performer, playing to the crowd on the outside, but I don’t own the truth on the inside? What do I spend my time on? What do I like to talk about? Ask yourself deep questions, like do you do what you do out of a sincere deep practiced love for God? Do you truly love God, love others, or is that just what you talk about. Am I living for God? Do I really know why am I living for God?
