Jesus Seeks Lost Sinners

Jesus made the statement that He came to seek and save the lost. This is Jesus’ mission statement. He is fulfilling God’s decree of salvation offered to all of His creation. When Jesus came to earth His first time, he was on a rescue mission. He came to rescue people from God’s wrath and punishment in Hell for their sins against a Holy God.
