The Bible teaches us that the payment for sin is death! Jesus paid that price as He died on the cross – but God, as promised, resurrected Him! Through His death and resurrection, we have the amazing hope of eternal life in relationship with God!

The true basis of Easter is much deeper - founded in the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross to pay for our sins. A right understanding of Jesus submission to the plan of the Father to sacrifice himself for sin is a deep and moving demonstration of grace which should drive us to respond.
