In this message we will continue to think through how to discern what a true profession of faith will look like. Even though it is the case that only God can see the heart, He intends for His people to use His Word to help each other in the examination of the validity of our professions of faith. The parable of the soils is one of those passages that will help us to be more discerning as we examine if we are truly part of the good soil, and also helps us to be effective ministers to those whom God has placed around us.
