In this message, Travis is going to be talking to us about the purpose of Jesus’s coming. Even though the historical figure of Jesus of Nazareth is largely talked about positively by anyone in culture, the importance of His life and death is largely misunderstood and His sayings and suffering are almost always used to serve the agenda of the person referencing Him. But there is one ultimate reason, one singular purpose for the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. And when you come to understand this rightly there is then really only one response we can have to it, to repent and believe. Every other response, no matter how reverential it might sound, is at best, nothing more than a glossed over rejection of Jesus.
