God will use the procreative purpose of marriage to ultimately bring about the end of the problem of sin. It is through God’s purpose for marriage that God will ultimately undue all of the damage that sin brings into the world. Because it is through the offspring of the woman that Satan will ultimately be crushed, and sin will be undone.
