Our physical hunger reminds us that we are not self-sufficient people, we require nutrients, and we require those nutrients regularly. In a similar manner, we have a constant need for God! This is a practical lesson from God, that we are dependent creatures. We learn daily that Jesus is all we need, so blessed are you who are hungry now, hungry for the Word of God, for you shall be satisfied!
