The Power of Gospel-Driven Ministry, Part 3

Those churches that remain faithful to Scripture are going to suffer. But we do not need to be afraid. Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, set the example for us. It was “for the joy that was set before Him,” Hebrews 12:2, that He “endured the cross, despising the shame, and [He is now] seated at the right hand of the throne of God.” Our forerunner was despised and rejected, crucified and risen from the dead—we should chart our course after His life and ministry.

From Series: "A Gospel Driven Ministry"
Ministry is not about the whims or thoughts of a given individual pastor, or the personal values of that person. The foundation of a true church, and the ministry that flows out of it is founded on God's word and direction to His church.
