A true believer has a relationship with Christ.

We have been looking at the characters and lives of Jesus’ chosen disciples, because they give us examples and encouragement from real people that walked with Jesus. This is not so we can see their abilities, but so that we can see Jesus’s power to change these men and understand how that power should change us. It is God who chooses and does the work in you. How serious you are about your relationship with Jesus. If you are a believer, you’re a child of the King – are you acting like it?
