Put off the old man and put on the new man
The Bible teaches Jesus’ vision for His church; with one foundation and Him as the cornerstone. Since He is the head of the church, it serves us well to follow His vision. Paul says, Ephesians 4:17-19, as we learn together, growing in unity, and maturity in the truth, we see the need in our lives for deep repentance. Travis reminds us of Pauls’ teaching, Ephesians 4:22-24, put off your old self and put on the new self. Travis deep drives into what Paul teaches in Ephesians 4:22-24 to help us with true repentance. Jesus set up His church to help His sheep follow Him in faith and obedience.
