Jesus is the vine and we are the branches.
How do you know if you are a true believer? So many times we fail in our walk with the Lord. We find ourselves not being obedient to God’s commands. Jesus teaches that if you abide in him, he will abide in you. Travis explains Jesus’ example of Him being the vine, God as the vinedresser, and we are the branches. A life that is abiding in Jesus is a life that shows the fruit of a true believer. What fruit would that be? The fruit listed in Galatians 5:22. Are you a useful fruitful branch that God can use?
