Pillar of Truth is a ministry of Grace Church in Greeley, Colorado with the purpose of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to believers that they might be encouraged in the faith, and to those who are lost that they might find salvation in Jesus Christ. In today’s climate, it can be challenging to access doctrinally sound expository teaching.

Pastor-teacher Travis Allen (a graduate from The Master’s Seminary) preaches expository sermons each week at Grace Church —a reformed Baptist church.

Jesus celebrates Passover with His Apostles.

Baptism and Communion are the bookends of Jesus earthly ministry. Both of these ordinances reflect the good news of the Gospel: Christ’s life, death, burial, and resurrection. Passover was the ordinance for the Jews to celebrate the freedom from Egyptian slavery. Jesus said to His Apostles at the Passover dinner that He “earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.”  Listen as Travis explains why Jesus said this to the Apostles.
