Pillar of Truth is a ministry of Grace Church in Greeley, Colorado with the purpose of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to believers that they might be encouraged in the faith, and to those who are lost that they might find salvation in Jesus Christ. In today’s climate, it can be challenging to access doctrinally sound expository teaching.

Pastor-teacher Travis Allen (a graduate from The Master’s Seminary) preaches expository sermons each week at Grace Church —a reformed Baptist church.

This message is the last of the teaching of the parable started in “take the lowest place.” In this final segment of the parable, we are taught to look at ourselves to see if we show partiality.  What are our motives for doing things? Do we do things to get noticed and commended by others, or do we do things for the glory of God?
